A day after linking a chord with the FICCI audience, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is all set to deliver his development speech in Mamata Banerjee's West Bengal. Modi is scheduled to attend a program organised by a chamber of commerce in the morning and a political program in the evening, organised by the state unit of the BJP in Kolkata.
