A South African man has found an innovative way to gain access to electricity.<br /><br />Ricardo Fortune could not get the state-owned company to connect electricity to his house in Cape Town, so he built a turbine.<br /><br />Now Fortune uses his turbine to harness the wind.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Cape Town, South Africa.
