U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is greeted by Chinese President (shee )Xi Jinping Saturday at the start of his two-day trip to the country.<br/> <br />Kerry has made no secret of his desire to see China take a more active stance towards North Korea -- which has recently threatened nuclear war against the United States and South Korea.<br/> <br />He later met with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang.<br/> <br />As they two sat down -- the premier spoke of common ties.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Mandarin) CHINESE PREMIER LI KEQIANG SAYING:<br/> <br />"China and U.S. indeed have huge common interest. Decades of practice after establishment of Sino-U.S. diplomatic relations has proven that our common interest is far more than dispute.
