A massive explosion at a fertiliser plant near Waco in Texas has killed between five and 15 people and wounded more than 100 others, police say.<br /><br />Up to five firefighters are believed to be missing.<br /><br />The blast has also set off toxic fumes fanned by high winds and levelled homes and businesses nearby.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports.
