Recipe to prepare "Chicken Pahadi Tikka": <br /><br />Ingredients: <br />For Marination: <br />4 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped <br />4 tbsp mint leaves <br />4-5 garlic cloves <br />1/4 inch ginger, sliced <br />1 pinch salt <br />2 tbsp curd/yoghurt <br />4 green chillies <br />1/2 inch cinnamon, freshly grated <br />1 tsp red chilli flakes <br />300 gms chicken breast <br />1/2 tsp vinegar/lemon juice <br />1 pinch blackpepper powder <br />For Tikka: <br />1/2 tsp butter <br />1 tbsp cornflour <br /><br />Method: <br />For Marination: <br />Take a bowl; add coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger, salt, curd/yoghurt, green chillies, cinnamon and red chilli flakes. Grind the mixture in a mixer/grinder. Green marinade is ready. <br />Take chicken breast; cut into half and take out the boneless portion. Cut boneless portion into medium pieces. <br />Put the pieces in a bowl; add vinegar/lemon juice and mix it. <br />Add blackpepper powder, and mix again. <br />Add marinade, and mix well. <br />Keep in refrigerator/fridge for around 1/2 hour to marinate. <br />For Tikka: <br />Take out the marinated chicken from refrigerator/fridge, and mix once. <br />Add butter, and mix again. <br />Add cornflour, and mix well with your hand. <br />Take a skewer, and hook all the chicken pieces on to it. <br />Grill for around 10 minutes. Give stand-by time of 5 minutes. <br />Remove all the grilled pieces in a plate. <br />Chicken Pahadi Tikka is ready to serve.
