Recipe to prepare "Pahadi Paneer Tikka in Microwave": <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 cup yoghurt/curd <br />1/2 tsp chaat masala <br />1 tbsp mint leaves <br />1/2 tsp mustard oil <br />1 cup cottage cheese cubes <br />1 cup capsicum, diced <br />1 cup onion, diced <br />1 cup potato, diced <br />few mint leaves, to garnish <br />ketch-up/chutney, to serve <br /> <br />Method: <br />For Marination: <br />Take a bowl, and add in yoghurt, chaat masala, mint leaves, mustard oil. Mix well. <br />Add cottage cheese cubes, capsicum, onion and potato. Mix again for proper coating. <br />Keep aside to marinate for 1/2 hour. <br />For Tikka: <br />Take a skewer, and hook on onion, capsicum, paneer, capsicum, onion, potato, capsicum, onion, capsicum and onion. <br />Repeat the method to assemble remaining tikka skewers. <br />Place on grill-tray, and grill in microwave until brown. <br />Plate the skewers, and garnish with mint leaves. <br />Paneer Tikka is ready to serve with tomato ketch-up, or any other favourite chutney.
