US President Barack Obama has promised to commit resources to help the people affected by a fertiliser explosion at a plant near Waco in West, Texas. Police say 14 people are known to have died, including several firefighters and paramedics and about 200 were injured.<br />Dozens more remain unaccounted for. <br />Al Jazeera's John Hendren reports from West, Texas.
