A National Security official confirmed the names of the Boston bombings suspects as Tamerlan Tsanaev and Dzhokhar Tsanaev. As we mentioned, they are believed to be from Russia's North Caucasus region, they're thought to be brothers and are reported to have moved to the United States about 2 years ago. RT managed to talk to Irina Bandurina, the secretary of the elementary school in Dagestan, where one of the suspects attended.
