Ivory Coast will go to the polls in a closely watched vote to elect local leaders on Sunday.<br />The country's presidential elections in 2010 was overshadowed by subsequent violence in which 3,000 people were killed.<br />Those elections were being monitored by a 10,000-strong UN peacekeepers force, but Sunday's elections will be managed by Ivorian security only.<br />Al Jazeera's Yvonne Ndege reports from Abidjan.
