Makhachkala, Dagestan - the former home of two brothers believed to have carried out the deadly Boston Marathon bombings.<br/> <br />Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev are suspected responsible for three deaths and 170 injuries during the bombing as well as for killing a college police officer and wounding a transit officer in an attempt to evade capture.<br/> <br />Since emigrating to the U.S. with their family, both parents have now moved back to the capital of this restive area of Russia.<br/> <br />One resident of the predominately Muslim city lashed out at the perpetrators, saying such acts of violence are against Islam.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) LOCAL RESIDENT, HADIDZHAT SHAKHMANOVA, 60, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Of course, it's very painful, very painful.
