ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Pakistan's ethnic Hazara minority suffered a fresh blow on Tuesday when a suicide car bomber killed at least six people and wounded dozens in an attack that came close to killing one of the community's top politicians, police said.<br/> <br />The blast in the city of Quetta was the worst attack on the Hazaras since a series of bombings at the start of the year killed almost 200 people, briefly throwing a global spotlight on a worsening campaign of persecution by sectarian militants.<br/> <br />Khaliq Hazara, the chairman of the Hazara Democratic Party, said the blast occurred shortly after he had finished addressing a small street gathering as part of his campaign for a National Assembly seat in general elections on May 11.<br/> <br />Hazara said he suspected the bomber intended to kill him and his advisers.<br/> <br />There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.<br/> <br />In a separate attack on Tuesday, a bomb exploded in the commercial capita
