Cops Ruin UC Santa Cruz 4/20 by Confiscating 2 lb Joint

UC Santa Cruz usually gets away with a lot during their annual 4/20 celebration, but this year, well... Maybe they shouldn't have dangled that 2 lb joint under the cops' noses.
