ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Prince Harry officially launched a TV station at a technology college in Nottingham in central England on Thursday.<br/> <br />The Confetti Institute provides training in the creative industries.<br/> <br />The institute is part of the consortium which will run Nottingham's first local television station, Notts TV, due to start broadcasting on a free-to-air platform from next year.<br/> <br />The Prince met film, TV, music and gaming students who are studying at the institute.<br/> <br />During the visit he got the chance to read a news bulletin from an autocue and to test his DJ skills.
