The Greek parliament has approved a bill which will see 15,000 civil servants losing their jobs. <br /><br />After heated debate, 168 deputies voted for the bill, with 123 voting against and one abstaining.<br />The new law will free up $11.5bn in international rescue loans.<br />But it will also overturn what had been a guarantee of a job for life for civil service workers.<br />Al Jazeera's John Psaropoulos reports from Athens.
