ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />The Duchess of Cambridge spends her second wedding anniversary not with her husband, Prince William, but with young patients at a children's hospice.<br/> <br />Two years after she got married in Westminster Abbey, the Duchess of Cambridge on Monday (April 29) celebrated her wedding anniversary to Prince William with a solo visit to a children's hospice in southern England.<br/> <br />The pregnant Duchess met young patients, their families and volunteers for a tea party at Naomi House in Winchester.<br/> <br />The center provides support to children with life-limiting conditions.
