Officials ramp up security around Myanmar's embassy in Indonesia on Thursday after Indonesian police prevented a planned attack on the complex.<br/> <br />At a packed press conference police spokesman Rafi Amar detailed how the plot was foiled.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE)(Bahasa Indonesia) INDONESIA POLICE SPOKESMAN, BOY RAFI AMAR, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Last night at around 21.30 we arrested the suspects riding a motorbike. Police intercepted them at a junction near Sudirman street."<br/> <br />An interrogation of the two men speedily led members of the elite Detachment 88 police squad to their rented house.<br/> <br />The police spokesman said police had confiscated five pipe bombs and explosive materials which they assumed were for terror attacks.<br/> <br />Rallies were due to be underway, later Friday, outside Myanmar's embassy to protest at the Buddhist-majority country's treatment of its Muslim minority -- where scores have been killed in sectarian violence.
