A plane powered by the sun's energy has begun its journey across the United States.<br /><br />The aircraft dubbed Solar Impulse took off from San Francisco bay early on Friday, and was expected to land in Phoenix after around 15 to 20 hours.<br /><br />The developers hope to one day pilot the plane all the way around the earth using only sunlight as fuel.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
