Charges have been filed against the Cleveland school bus driver in the case of three women who were held captive for a decade in his house.<br/> <br />Prosecutor Victor Perez.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Prosecutor Victor Perez saying:<br/> <br />"I just signed criminal complaints charging with 4 counts of kidnapping , 3 counts of rape. These seven criminal complaints are first degree felonies.<br/> <br />Fifty-two-year-old Castro will be arraigned on Thursday. No charges have been brought against his two brothers.<br/> <br />Cleveland Deputy Police Chief Edward Tomba also told reporters that the women had few opportunities to escape before this week .
