At least 30 people have been killed and dozens injured after a bus skidded off a road and plunged into a river in a mountainous area of northern India. <br /><br />The accident happened near Kullu, a popular resort, in Himachal Pradesh state. <br /><br />The bus was partially submerged in the river Beas, forcing rescuers to use boats.
