An explosion on a freight train 1,000 kilometres from Moscow has injured 27 people.<br /><br />The accident happened near Belaya Kalitva station in the Rostov-on-Don region.<br /><br />Carrying chemicals and oil products at the time, one of the railcars hit the sixth floor of a residential building.<br /><br />Thirteen people are in hospital and a criminal investigation is looking for safety breaches.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
