The latest public official embroiled in a Washington DC sexual harassment scandal is not American... he's South Korean.<br/> <br />Yoon Chang-jung, a former spokesperson for President Park Geun-hye has been fired over sexual harassment charges during a recent visit to the U.S.<br/> <br />Yoon had been part of Park's entourage during her state visit with President Obama.<br/> <br />During the trip, a Korean American woman, who'd been hired by Park's team, said Yoon grabbed her bottom without her permission.<br/> <br />Yoon has since been fired, and Saturday morning back in Seoul, he apologized, but called the incident a cultural misunderstanding.<br/> <br />Yoon has said he takes full responsibility for the incident but that he had no sexual intention.
