At least 10 people were killed in election related violence Saturday in Karachi, including at least one child, as voters across the country headed to the polls.<br/> <br />The blast happened outside a political party office just hours after the polls opened.<br/> <br />The Pakistani Taliban had threatened to disrupt the voting process saying it's un-Islamic.
