Europe's finance ministers are due to meet in Brussels in about an hour, to discuss ways of trying to revive the economy in the eurozone.<br /><br />One of the zone's largest economies has suffered because of the downturn. <br />The Netherlands is still in recession and unemployment lingers around eight per cent.<br />Al Jazeera's Emma Hayward has this report from The Hague.
