There are indications coming out of Mali that government soldiers may be preparing for a major offensive to recapture the few remaining strongholds of the Tuareg fighters in Kidal.<br />One of the main defenders of the city is a newly created group called the Islamic Movement of Azawad.<br />Al Jazeera’s Mohamed Vall met the group's co-founder, one of the most powerful men in the area.
