A new report released Tuesday by the nonpartisan <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://cbo.gov/publication/44172" target="_blank">Congressional Budget Office</a> estimated that the deficit for this fiscal year, which ends on Sept. 30, will fall to about $642 billion.</p>
