Four men are under arrest in Turkey in connection with weekend car bombings that killed at least 51 people in a town near the Syrian border.<br/> <br />The twin bomb blasts fanned fears that Syria's civil war is spilling into neighboring countries.<br/> <br />Damascus has denied Turkish allegations it was involved in the blasts.<br/> <br />Turkish prosecutors sent eight suspects to court. Four were released while the others are being held.<br/> <br />It is still not clear what charges the four arrested men will face.<br/> <br />A total of 17 people have been detained in connection with the attacks and police are continuing to question the remaining suspects.<br/> <br />The arrests comes as Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan is in Washington for meetings with U.S. President Barack Obama
