Czech president Milos Zeman was caught on tape visibly drunk in public during a ceremony to view the Czech crown jewels.<br /><br />Milos Zeman occupies the same office formerly held by Vaclav Havel, the poet, dissident and politician who shepherded the Czechs through the Velvet Revolution. Zeman has already developed a reputation as a hard partier, periodically slurring and staggering around Europe. But that doesn't seem to bother most Czechs.
