At least 60 people have been injured in a evening rush hour train collision in Connecticut.<br/> <br />A train packed with commuters was travelling eastbound from New York City when it derailed near Fairfield and then hit another train.<br/> <br />Three of the injured are in critical condition.<br/> <br />Dannel Malloy is Connecticut Governor.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: (English) CONNECTICUT GOVERNOR DANNEL MALLOY SAYING:<br/> <br />"It's clear that these cars came into contact, ripped off at least a portion of the siding of one of the cars. There is extensive damage in the front and the wheels and that system are sticking into the other train. I think you have seen some pictures, I know that some of the news outlets but you probably can't fully gauge it until you're right there. It's pretty big damage."<br/> <br />The collision has shut the service between New York and Boston while investigators try to determine what caused the incident.<br/> <br />Authorities say disruption to the line could last for a number of days.
