    I was worried about a fraudulent charge to my BOA credit card as the person I spoke to seemed to have a mirror of exactly what I was typing on my BOA Mobil application, it just didn’t sound or feel right. I called BOA and they closed my accounts and gave me a new account and credit card. I am very pleased with their fast and informed actions.

    The last update ignored a really bad bug I reported. I’m reducing to 1 star because they refuse to fix it. Fix this bug or my next step is to expose it publicly and delete the app.

    I set up auto pay for my 2nd BoA card through this app and it didn’t go through correctly. It was fine for my 1st BoA card. My card went into “payment due” status and the whole account got restricted. I didn’t notice till a week later. Called them and a rep took a payment by phone and they processed it to the first card…
  • Bill Pay is Terrible

    The payee list is now in a random order and can’t be changed or searched. It takes forever to find a payee. Just make is alpha and searchable.
