    I have been getting error messages almost every time I log into the app and try to view my transactions, send money through Zelle or transfer between my accounts. It’s annoying to have to close the app, log back in, and try again until it works. This also caused me to make two payments once, as I got an error message the first time, so I sent again, turns out it did actually send the first time..

    Another case of an incompetent dev team creating a worse user experience in-app than on the mobile website. What is the purpose of spending money for a result like this? Beyond this, there is no compelling reason to use Bank of America over any other bank. They once cared about protecting their customers but disputing charges has become an impossibility. Do yourself a favor and go with a different bank.

    So you contacted me about a monthly bill that I pay and I was thinking about changing it to my b of a account and you sent out dam near the national guard and I told you yes that I made the transaction and that you should go ahead and pay it instead your incompetence you don’t pay my bill you get my phone and my internet shut off and now I have to pay a $500 deposit and then pay late fees all because you didn’t go ahead and pay my bill that I did pay and I did inform you the second you contacted me!!!!! So now I’m wondering what is the value of having this cc and I’m definitely not opening an account with bofa with my $50k. I’ll open one in another credit union.
