I use this on a regular basis. It’s a tremendous tool to have. It’s a great enhancement to my AI programs.

charged my family with weekly subscription 7.99 when a month or yearly subscription is not much more than that. When apps uninstall themselves from your phone it does not update you. Why resort to predatory practices on consumers? Because they are scammers.

Save time and money, don’t download this

I stopped using it after the free trial and had plans to use it in the future, I only just realized it has been charging me $8 a WEEK. A WEEK. Ridiculous price! Not using it for a few months costs me nearly $100. It also had trouble scanning ANY document that is stapled; if the corner is folded when you’re on literally any other page than the front page, good luck getting a good scan. Waste of money. Thanks a lot.

Support is not responding to any request, the scanner stopped working.it’s not transferring documents from email to scanner.

Used to be great then they did some kind of upgrade where they put the date in the subject line and you can’t tap on your photo and go automatically to scan Hero. There’s also no place from the app to get in touch with Support.

Once you sign up, they won’t let you cancel. The free trial isn’t worth it. And they will charge you every week and make it difficult for you to get your money back.
