The Pursuit SVR app for iOS allows you to view the last known and historical locations of your Pursuit SVR device equipped vehicle as well as configure and set multiple alerts. No need to wait for the app to locate your vehicle, our SVR devices are always transmitting location data at 5 minute intervals during vehicle movement.     The only useful part about this system is the blinking blue light that makes it appear to be an alarm. This system doesn’t work at all . Nothing as advertised. ****Buyer beware **** I got taken for 400 bucks ..

    I’ve been home for 4 hours and this tracker thinks I’m still traveling. I got it for free with my new vehicle. I’m certainly not renewing this contract. I have talked with customer service multiple times. They think it’s working fine.

    Love it . Just wish I can start my vehicle from the app . The remote only goes so far and when you live so high up and the parking garage is so far down you can not start the car in your home.It stinks to get into a freezing cold car . I can talk to people overseas on my cellphone so I bet I can start the vehicle from my apartment way up here.

    Easy to email them and get automated response but it takes days for person to respond. Even after a person responds it’s days to get problems solved.

    The app is not giving me accurate information and there is no one that you can call for help. There’s an email address but no one ever responds. Terrible!!!

    Do not purchase this product. It quit working on my vehicle and customer service did help at all. They are now ghosting me. Total rip off and terrible customer service!
