I am a longtime subscriber who is utterly disappointed in the latest app update. For some very strange reason every practice has had mandatory 30 second breaks incorporated into the flow - it is so distracting- a 20 minute practice has one break and a 30 min practice has 2 breaks that require stopping mid flow to dismiss! Additionally, every practice previously had background music through the entire video, the music disables after 1-2 minutes and never comes back on! I contacted customer support to ask how to disable the breaks and keep the music on and was told I cannot - that these are “new upgrades” to the program. What??? These have to be someone’s big mistakes and not intentional- right? I am an annual subscriber and I guess I will have to next write to ask for a refund for my remaining subscription - these changes make this app useless to me now and I will be using other yoga apps. Very disappointed with the changes and customer service.

DO NOT GET THIS!! In February I got the “free” printable version and noticed that I got charged $34. I thought oh well I’ll use it, see how it does. It is now August and I have noticed on my credit card statement that I have been billed $34.99 every month, my bad for not checking that, but, there have been 2 other companies billing me at $39.99 every month that are both linked to this app!! Now I’m dealing with trying to get it to stop, let alone getting my money back!!

I haven’t started anything yet, but I am eager and excited

I am not happy with this app. Have renewed it but can not seem to get from beginner to intermediate. Big inner class had no vocal and what I got of intermediate class had a vocal so low had to turn up volume on my IPad to highest and then had to listen carefully. I have paid for July BUT I wish to cancel further subscriptions. How do I do this?
