Faces only show up black , already cancelled subscription but out the initial. Sent 2 messages no response . Let me guess “ thank for your feedback “

Over 80% of the faces I have selected don’t work in my watch (Apple Watch Series 10 GPS, running 26.2 (23S303). Don’t waste your hard earned $$$ on this.

I used to love this app, but only having a series 3 watch they stopped supporting the watch app. You need to have watchOS 9.0 or later and Apple stupidly stopped support at 8.8.1. Please drop back to at least 8.8.1

It doesn’t work. All I’m downloading are black screens. I’m calling Apple for refund

UPDATE: Still waiting for the Favorites to work! Fix this already!! Now most watch faces take 2-3 tries to download and some never do! Ridiculous for $40! I was very excited to see the huge selection of watch faces, downloaded a couple to my watch, and then bought the ten buck first year subscription. Then I discovered that about 1 in 3 of the faces with more complications just won’t work no matter what you do. I’ve tried opening Facer on my watch to refresh complications but that rarely works. So then I’ve rebooted both my watch and my iPhone as they suggested but that doesn’t work either very often. It doesn’t seem to happen with any particular creator either, so it seems to be a problem with Facer not the designers. The faces with just rotating photos download fine, just not some of the ones with health or weather complications. Also Favorites hearts are no longer showing up, so you can’t edit your Favorites. The faces still save to Favorites but you end up with tons of them because the hearts no longer show up to “unheart” any of them. And every time you go into a face on your list and go back out, it goes back to the top of your list. There seems to be no way to organize Favorites either. In short, this app just needs work!

Does not work for anything.

No manner of resets or permissions will make this app work. Don’t waste your time. Apps should work without the need for extensive troubleshooting.

UW3 and 17 pro max will not sync even after doing all troubleshooting directions on website. Requesting refund.

Couldn't sync watch faces. Went through all the troubleshooting and still didn't work. Wasted $40. Guess I should tried it in the trial first!

I tried several faces and NONE worked on my Apple Watch S11. So disappointing
