Unethical cancelation process, hidden cancellation Loops and third-Party Billing Confusion. Zero ability to contact. Forty eight hour response once you navigate the purposely confusing process.

The app works, but I find the UI outdated and inelegant. More importantly, it crashes just about every time I use it with MacOS 26.6.

Used to be a great product but now it is useless. Can never get it to complete a scan because it keeps consuming all available application memory. Have tried it on multiple machines now. Please Fix!

Heavy trafficker of user location, usage information, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and general data (this s clearly enumerated in the company’s Privacy Policy). All are sold to unknown entities comprised of both known and unknown data processors)(unknown to the user, that is). Also there are a significant amount of data usage claims that are patently false, not to mention harmful of the privacy of the company’s user). Further to this allegation, it is important for buyers to understand that when the buyer purchases usage rights to this company’s products, you are the product, not the ostensible product you are purchasing.

I used Gemini 2 in the past and really loved it. I have recently tried using it again and it doesn’t find anything. I even tried creating a folder with 5 duplicates of the same file all with the same name even, scanned the folder and it said nothing was found.

I’m done with software that automatically installs itself to run in the background. I’m sure some users want this functionality, but it needs to be an option to choose, not the default, especially for a utility like this.

The app opens and I can’t click on anything. Not buttons or links. I can open up settings and change things, but the actually app is just dead. Reinstalling didn’t help. Bummer.

1) it does not make sense how this app works or even if it does, I could not figure it out, 2) it recommended I delete a lot of stuff I did not want to delete—thankfully I caught before I did it… I need an app that will show me locations of files and photos and docs so I can actually see where the duplications are rather than blindly trust it is doing the right thing, which it turned out did not appear to be the case… 3) even when I tried to figure out if it was working, it chose hundreds of files I did not select and moved them to trash and I had to manually put back what I could remember her but lost a lot of the configurations I had prior to trying. I REGRET TRYING TIHS APP!

A utility app largely does the same thing with no major changes. There is no need for a subscription for this other than greed. The app works well but paying $20 every year for an app that hardly changes is laughable.

this should be a buy it once and forget it app. i would recommend it wholeheartedly if so, but there's zero reason this should be $20 PER YEAR
