I have been using Brain.FM for years. I travel for business and don’t sleep well away from home. Brain.FM helps put my mind the the proper gear, whether that is to sleep, recharge, or get into deep work. If you have ever read the book Deep Work, you know how powerful it is to work without distraction. That is why I have gifted subscriptions to my entire staff a created “power hours” where we listen to Brain.FM and work intentionally to accomplish so much more than without. It’s a game changer.

I’ve been a brain.fm customer for a long time. It’s my go-to auditory companion for both work and sleep. I appreciate their commitment to human composers instead of AI slop. And I’ve found it has an observable effect on my focus as someone with attention deficit issues. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for some help with managing your state of mind. Brain.fm is a no-brainer. 😉

I have been using brain.fm on high neural effect (ADHD mode) since around 2022 and I have used it religiously—however for the last couple of weeks every time I try to listen to anything, any kind of session or type of sound, whether ADHD mode is on or off, I always get an error message. I had to unsubscribe which I am so sad about because this was amazing help for my ADHD back when it worked for me

16 week streak - and I’m not a streaker! Doing anything consistently is a Herculean effort because my brain craves novelty above all else. I love how the variety of stations meets me in all my “modes” of life. I appreciate that the first few mins of every listen is brain entraining to help get me into my groove. Whenever I stare blankly at a screen, I realize what I need is brain.fm. Whenever I’m amped and need to wind down, I turn on brain.fm. I haven’t been sleeping thru the night lately so I tried the sleep station, and like magic, I went a solid 5hrs without a wakeful cortisol spike! I have admittedly requested a sexytime mix, cuz, ya know… why not, when it accompanies me everywhere else in life! 😅 Thanks brain.fm team. I dig, and will continue to recommend to all my frenz. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Love the music and the different modes. I want to see what Hz the app is introducing to each ear and the output frequency - see Jody Hatton YT vids. And offline - I want to be in airplane mode and still be able to listen. LOVE love love the app and use it every day. I get lost in my flow listening to it. It keeps me engaged and motivated .Thank you!

Pros: Long free trail, designed with ADHD in mind, no annoying ads. Most of the music is a pleasant. Cons: The music I’ve heard so far doesn’t feel any different than what I’m already listening to on YouTube or Spotify. Which means I can’t justify spending 100 bucks a year on it.
