5 stars if you pay, 1 of you don’t

The app is great if it was just for your own use. To use this as a team/organization you are unable to share and collaborate. Very unfortunate because it was be an easy 5 star if I could complete items shared by a colleague.

Wanted it for one year but, it auto renewed for 7.

Had been working great for previous 3-4 years. Over the past 6 months we have been experiencing lots of issues with sending/receiving the pdf version of the punch. We have 15 ish people in our company who utilize the app on a daily basis. Would like to get an update or have app looked into so we can avoid having to look for a new system.

I got this app and I’m assuming it’s outdated or developer doesn’t care about it anymore. I like everything about the app except when I export a report it will never open on the receivers end. I contacted customer support and it took about a week to get a response and now they still haven’t responded to me and it’s been about 3 weeks. Lousy customer service! Don’t waste your money.

Does anyone know if i can make a template punch list and save it to edit it in different projects?

After researching and test driving numerous apps like this its now been 3 years using the Punch List app. Its simple and efficient. Wonderful app. Thank you

How do I cancel this subscription. You say you can cancel any time but there is zero option in the app to cancel

I downloaded this app and paid for an annual subscription. The app just doesn’t work how I need it to but I CANNOT cancel the auto subscription!! Several of the buttons in the app go nowhere or refer you back to the App Store where you still cannot cancel.

Love the app just need to add the option of more than two photos for each issue please.
