    When I first started with the company a few months ago, I was able to see the status of my router. Then they changed everything and now I can’t see it. Consistently getting outages at my business and I’m not able to remotely check the device or restart it.

    App itself used to be great, but it’s been asking me about data sharing consent EVERY TIME I use the app. I decline every time, but seems like they want to fatigue you to just accept so this message goes away. Horrible practice.

    T-life is now the core application for T-Mobile for managing your account and account upgrades/activations even in the stores and yet this app does not work for business accounts. The only thing you can do is check your T-Mobile home internet. You have to log out just to access your T-Mobile Tuesday because incompetence? This app randomly supported business accounts last year during the summit and all of a sudden went away. Terrible user experience so I’ll be switching my services to Verizon where their applications actually function. Tired of Tmobile lying about caring about the customer as their team never knows what they are talking about over the phone and couldn’t address this common problem for all business users.
