    This new app had to be made by someone who really doesn’t care about T-Mobile customers and T-Mobile future - how can you destroy great and functional previous app with this nonsense??? It’s bloated, completely useless app where you just can’t navigate. And the Scam Shield is nowhere to be found and when you are lucky and you find it after several hours trying then you discover that it also doesn’t work. And yes customer service I did try to reinstall the app… These developers and people who decided on this app should be fired immediately!!!!!! To customer service suggestion to reinstall the app - if you would read my review, you would learn that I have already done that - didn’t help - you can’t improve this terrible new app. You have to either return to the previous app or start again from scratch - in such case I would suggest to completely change the team… I’m so angry with this ridiculous app that after my phone is paid off in few months, I am moving all our numbers to a different provider, I got already enough with this T-Life nonsense app…

    Internet from T-mobile is horrendous in the Los Angeles area. San Fernando Valley to be exact. Super slow. Upload and download speeds aren’t up to what was advertised

    I’ve been a member for many years with t mobil and always enjoyed it, but recently the things that are advertised on the app for t mobil tuesday just aren’t accurate. Some of them say you have 14 days to redeem them but then the codes are invalid after only 24 hours. Some codes dont work some do, some rewards change last minute. Its very inconsistent. And was never like that before.

    This new app is bad. Nothing works have to reach out to 611 every time and they tell me to use the app. I send them screen shots that it says no to call and then they help me. Ridiculous.

    For a phone company you would think you could make an app that doesn’t crash so I can actually make a payment. It got even WORSE AFTER the update thanks for the response though. And yeah I know I have to use your site because your app, once again, DOESNT WORK.

    I don’t really care about T-Mobile Tuesday and all the free garbage that it offers. I wish T-Mobile would have its own app for managing my network and my account and not included in T life which has a bunch of garbage that I don’t really care for.
