This is like reading the news on Yahoo or some other browser on the way to my email. I subscribe to a newspaper to read a newspaper. Please bring back the original newspaper format!

More often than I would like to see, there are editing issues like double words, missing words or correctly, spelled, but wrong words in articles. They should be caught by a human editor and not rely upon “spell check” or automatic editing to find and correct these issues. I find examples of this almost daily.

Purchased an eNewspaper subscription.
Immediately experienced technical issues.
I contacted the Customer Service team. To start with, there was a definite language barrier.
Secondly, the representative seemed unfamiliar with how to resolve the issue.
It’s worth noting that I had similar experiences when I had a subscription back in 2018.
After spending 45 minutes on the phone I decided to just cancel my subscription.
