    I pay last month for a service that i never received and try to get a refund back of this month and they said I don’t qualify. I waste 40 dollars for a ppv that never happened and today they take out 30 dollars more for a membership I don’t used. 😒😒

    I’ve been debating with myself to go ahead & splurge the $$$ to get this app; but with so many negative reviews, it has made me shy away.

  • Complete waste and sneakily hard to cancel

    First of all, look at the reviews. The 5 stars seem well written and seem a little suspect to me. Now read the 1 stars and you can feel the frustration. Notice they only respond to certain one? On to my review… I decided to not renew after the first year i had a subscription due to lack of value. The big fights in boxing simply do not happen but once every year or two. The worst part is I was charged for the next 2 years and didnt realize it. Very easy to get a subscription yet its tricky to cancel. You cannot cancel on the app, you need to do it in your browser. Even then “stay with dazn” is highlighted and “cancel” basically looks like the fine print. Thats what services do when they know they are not worth the price they charge. I was charged for 2 years and never even attempted to watch it. The year I had it I was extremely disappointed (content such as MLB started dwindling to nothing) and for 225 dollars you have to be absolutely crazy in my opinion. Too many options are out there for a fraction of the price. Shame on dazn for misleading and charging that price for the (lack of) service they actually provide.

    I was hoping this was a free app so you could stream free sports available that is premiered free on cable and only have to pay for sports events that require you to purchase to watch the events. Unfortunately I’ll be uninstalling this app.

    Signed up for DAZN on the first week it was available in the US. I’m a huge boxing fan and love the Matchroom shows. The new pricing structure though simply doesn’t present value for money compared to other sports apps and I’m sure the majority of your long term subscribers will not be able to justify the increases. This will be my last month with DAZN.

  • App Crashes and Dark Patterns

    Problem 1 - the app crashes. I used it for 30 minutes and the app exited to home, no error messages at all. Problem 2 - the sign up page makes it appear as if there is no way to use the app without subscribing. They have a free tier, they just wish you wouldn’t use it. I had to click “start over” on the registration page to get past the subscription buttons. Fraudulent.
