The ReSound Smart 3D™ app is compatible with the following hearing aids: • ReSound Nexia • ReSound OMNIA™ • ReSound ONE™ • ReSound LiNX Quattro™ • ReSound LiNX 3D™ • ReSound ENZO Q™ • ReSound ENZO 3D™ • ReSound Key™ The ReSound Smart 3D app lets you control your hearing aids directly from your mobile device. You can change programs, and make simple or more advanced sound adjustments and save them as favorites. The app helps you learn what you can do and how to do it. It can even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them. Last, but not least, you can have your hearing care professional update your hearing aid programs and send you new hearing aid software without taking a trip to the clinic.   • The App needs more features and poor customer service

    I’ve had resound for about nine years and the app has always been the gap in total product quality and user experience. For starters, the app must be actively open on screen in order to connect to the HAs which makes the Apple Watch app useless because I cannot access HA control unless I have the app actively on screen on my phone. I have to go to the Audiologist in order to adjust program settings and volume controls. I should be able to set which setting I want the HA to start with. Sometimes the white noise gets too loud and I cannot set it permanently, I’m required to make an appointment to changed the start up volume. The app is unstable, I have the devices which transmit tv sounds through the HAs. I went in for a update and now I can’t connect to the tv sound. I called to get support from my audiologist and they said I need to contact resound, but every time I call I’m left on hold indefinitely until I hang up.

    Of my hearing aids being randomly disconnected from my phone and then having to go through the whole set up of connecting them again! The worst part is when it happens at that time I need my hearing aids the most! I go to the app to make a necessary adjustment, but my aids have been disconnected!!! ENOUGH!!! FIX IT!!!

    ReSound Review 04/20/24 Awesome and impressive. ReSound 3D v. 1.35.1 paired perfectly with my new ReSound Nexia hearing aids. Had a challenge at first when my iPhone 14 took the iOS 17.4.1 update. ReSound 3D app was then upgraded but my hearings aids could not be seen by my iPhone. Followed the step-by-step process of the new 3D app: 1 - unpair the hearing aids completely from the iPhone in Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices and delete the existing ReSound SD, then restart the iPhone to ensure it’s cleared from iPhone memory. 2 - Check blue tooth is on and then download the new ReSound 3D. 4 - Open 3D and step through the process presented by the app. The ReSound Nexia charger/stowing case is required as part of the pairing process which must be performed twice (2x). It’s optimum to have the charger/stowing case fully charged or plugged in, as well - check that the green charge status LEDs above the USB charging port indicate a full charge. 3 greens = fully charged. And Huzzah!

    I love my new hearing aids, did not realize how much I was missing. John at the Lebanon store is so helpful, knowledgeable about the product and made me feel so at ease during the complete process. John has great customer relationship. The product is absolutely wonderful so easy to wear and adjust the sound has great features I am so happy I decided to get the hearing aid product. After speaking with several of my friends about their aids which are different from mine your product is the best ! Thank you for a great product and the customer service that John gave me and still does if I need anything. It is so nice to know there is someone that knows the product and is so helpful and John is that person. Thus was a big step for me and I can’t thank John enough for helping to able to enjoy life again. Thank you

    It would be beneficial if one could turn the telephone process off and on easily like you do for tv. Also instead of having all phone interactions taking place when ever, have a method to turn music or games sound off and on. More buttons to control the various options in a cell phone

    The ReSound aids and app really improves my ability to hear better in many situations but it’s not perfect for every situation because of my severe hearing loss . I’m on my second set of ReSound hearing aids from the VA and they keep getting better and much better than the previous aids I have had over the past 30+ years. One problem with the app is that when Apple updates their software all it the custom settings I have set on the ReSound app except stream tv and micro Mike disappeared. This has happened several times. It is easy to reset them however. When I wrote ReSound to try to notify them of the problem they responded it was my fault not there’s. I give up on ReSound for them fixing the problem and will just reset the custom settings in the future.

    When I needed help l finally found Better Hearing they stepped up and helped me,now if I could find a local with helping me with connecting my ReSound with my Cochlear implant and I phone.”one of my problems is I am a “Old Fart and a computer Dummy “😂 Danny
