  • App doesn’t stream properly to TVs

    App doesn’t stream to TVs anymore. Used to work fine now it doesn’t work without “screen sharing” instead of air play. Please fix this

    Have an account that I pay for and yet I have not been able to log in in my phone at all. Signed up using my Apple account but this app never lets me log in so I just can’t use the phone app. This app used to be great but kinda ridiculous that I pay as much as I do for an app that doesn’t work.

  • Very bad live stream

    I have used this app since the first year it was released. Across every iOS device and and on WiFi networks around the world, the live stream is extremely unreliable. Also if you pause or rewind for any amount of time, it will freeze and glitch. Also the UI has always been very non intuitive. Dorna should spend the money for developers from 2025 and not 2010

    I have had the app for over four years. Even though I give Dorna the benefit of the doubt and repurchase after cancelling in frustration it is consistently plagued by the same problems; lag and an unstable platform. Hence one will find oneself at the start of the race with a black screen. Customer service will tell you to offload or reinstall or to check your wifi but the fact that these are perpetual problems (even when using 5G)when so many other sports app are basically trouble free make this an app to avoid like a disease. Fortunately there are other options.

  • Crashes at launch

    Do you guys not monitor crashes? The app now crashes for me at every launch. I crashed it about 100 times hoping to get your attention. Nope! Nobody fixed it for 2 days. That’s the European work ethic we’re talking about. As someone who works very closely with a mass scale iOS app I must say you guys are unbelievable. Then I reinstalled the app. Still crashes every time when I enter the Watch tab. At this point what’s the point of this app when you can’t watch the race?

    My app has always worked fine for 3 years now all the sudden it crashes non stop . I cant watch anything. Very upset by this right now missed all of the sprint race

    Come on, people! Charge a fortune for a subscription and the app crashes on startup? Seriously??? Can’t watch Jerez!!!!

  • Frustrating app

    Aside from the fact that accessing the videopass page now crashes the app, the iOS version is such a frustrating experience for how much the subscription costs. I work weekends and am often not able to watch a race or session from beginning to end, and when I reopen the app after 45 or more minutes, the session shows as being zero seconds long and black. Exiting the session and returning yields the same result. Only when I select another session, load that into the video player, then return to the session I was trying to watch, will it work. I should note that I love racing and to both MotoGP video pass and F1 TV, and the F1 app, despite being substantially cheaper does just fine loading right where I left off when I return after a while.

    No spoiler on video doesn’t work again! You start the app and I know who won before I can watch the race. What is the point. This is the 3 or 4 th time, can’t you get it together? So annoying! Who wants to watch a race when you already know who won?
