I have my card added to this app and it will not let me remove it and keeps charging me. It does not pop up in the App Store. Do not download this app.

you sign up for a subscription and then the app glitches and it will not pull my already paid for subscription. Contacted the app company and they tell me to contact apple even though I have has many apps help to fix the subscription on the app. The issue is not the payment (apple) but the app’s ability to work (truth finder). worst app - super unhelpful team. if i could give negative stars i would

I wrote an email to cancel and they didn’t honor the request. I called to cancel and somehow the zip code that I have been at for years was not recognized. There were no options to provide additional information. They also keep charging me multiple times per month. This is getting out of hand. Never work with this company

Do not try to renew a subscription!! I accidentally spent $59 dollars trying to renew my subscription. I paid for the subscription and it wasn’t working so I tried again and next thing you know I got charged $59 and the subscription still doesn’t work. App still says I didn’t pay. I see similar issues with other people in the reviews. Please save yourself some headache and money and do not use this app

App will not move into landscape mode. It's 2025, not 2005. Get a clue.

I was hoping to find information on my husband who I know is having affairs. Unfortunately the ‘report’ provided by truthfinder gave less info than a stranger could have dug up. Didn’t even report his public social media accounts. Waste of $30

Used to be great and a great tool for safety. Now there’s so many bugs it’s impossible to use the app. Crazy expensive for something unusable

I’ve paid for this service and have had this app for almost 2 years now. Recently, it will not generate reports. I’ve tried contacting them and have not heard back. There is clearly a technical issue that they are not addressing
