    Been using this app for a while, and I really like it. My only beef is that, I have to start a new work order each time, and enter all details again, even for a repeat order; when I should be able to easily duplicate and edit a previous order (making a new order from it).

    DO NOT USE THIS FOR OFFLINE DATE CAPTURE. Lost lots of offline submissions. Just Google it, same issue was reported in 2020 and still the same. Definetly do not recomend!

    i love this tool, it's made my booking process so much faster. but this desktop app is a little pointless. theres no way to edit or create new forms. all you can do is view and edit submitted forms, so i just decided to stick with the webrowser. hope they fix it!

    The app design is of poor execution. The window has to be resized everytime I open the app and the app icon is terrible

  • Good Program but not reliable email notifications

    I’ve really enjoyed using jotform over the years but the email notifications are very unreliable. I’ve been in contact with support several times, I’ve changed where the notifications are supposed to go (several different email addresses) and still my notifications are very intermittenent. They have a desktop app that I can check everyday to see what comes in which is fine for me, but I do forms form my clients also, and if I’m not getting mine, chances are, my clients aren’t getting theirs either. It’s a good program but I can’t risk loosing out on a sale, so I’m moving all my forms to another form builder.
