I was on a call for a government procedure. It took around 3hours, it suddenly turned off, and there were no recordings left.
Been Using Couple of Years - 5 Star downgrade to 2 Star!

Suddenly could not record inbound calls in past 90 days Since May 2025. I updated my paid service, still nothing. Also no iCloud backup or Dropbox. This good out calling only. Tried to email and online services and won’t email. Broken service for support.
Please fix inbound calls and add backup service and email to service. Thanks.
