This app does not allow me to press a number selection on the keypad in order to pass through a operator, automated location, directory service

Creating a program to record sound is incredibly easy. There is zero reason for this to cost 50$ a year when it’s completely free on android.

Not only am I forced to sign up for a free trial when I want the free plan but I downloaded this app to record phone calls over my voip number, but I can’t get codes on my voip number. Just china trying to collect more data. That’s awesome. Save your soul. Don’t download this app.

I downloaded this app to record my calls with a customer service department that was giving me various contradictory messages. Unfortunately if you need to use the keypad for anything during the call (any kind of “press one for customer service” kind of options) you will not be able to do so without exiting the app. Glad I didn’t spend any money on this as it’s useless to me.

In the summary it says no more merging calls…… yeah right!!!! This is the lengthiest call recorder I have ever seen and they hang up by the time you even get half way thru all the stuff you gotta go into and hit after you ANSWER! False advertising of this call recorder app

No numerical keypad for automated calls

I paid for a subscription but none of my new recordings are being transcribed. I have reached out to support repeatedly with no response.

I left one review and the developer responded with a stock template response. Do NOT purchase this app if you belive you will receive any type of customer service.
