    I initially joined for the perks, but it seems like since Covid I’ve seen less incentives from Bath and Body works. I never get discount coupons in the mail like before. I can get the same sale products in the store. I do appreciate the pop up sales on line and the convenience of home delivery. Shipping charges are a little high, but so is gasoline.

    Every time I use the app I have an issue putting things in my cart and at checkout. The location for pick up will change even though I have it set somewhere. Then checkout won’t let me use PayPal, which is not an issue at any other sites. I use Apple Pay instead, but then I can’t select someone else to pick up my order. This app has been more of a frustration than convenience. Soap isn’t worth it. Haven’t decided if I’ll give it another try or not.
