Would be more valuable if parental controls were more dependable

Virtual assistant doesn’t work well enough for ATT to be relying on it so heavily to fix issues.

I’m always having trouble with App, why do I always have to restart the whole system? Is not working well at all. Can you pls fix the issue

I’ve always had AT&T and my box was slow so I called and they sent me a new box it was mind blowing how fast the Internet is. I would really recommend it genuinely and it’s not that expensive.
