I just signed up for abcmouse and tried to use the traceable program but it’s just a blank page. I have an iPhone 13 Pro

This app out of all the bundle, doesn’t work. It opens up to a white page and doesn’t do anything else.

I can’t get this app to work and it’s the one we want to use the most. It’s not centered!

Trying to teach my toddler to write thier name in Thai app is awful! The name Traceables are NOT in the middle of the screen. It cuts old half of the letter or more than half of the letter! My child is trying to only trace half the letter, in turn teaching her to write INCORRECTLY. I’m very disappointed in abc mouse for this type of mistake in “teaching” to write! It really needs to be fixed!

When I got on the app nothing moved so sorry but one star.

The app is not in the middle of the screen! All other abc mouse are but this particular in the bundle that I really need and the reason I our shared the app is not working properly! Might have to discontinue before I’m charged. Very sad, I was super excited for my daughter to try this app.
