Where are all my characters I had made. 10 characters all gone. Any way of getting these back I’ve reset every password I can think of and tried to sign in every way you have available:(

Been playing MapleStory since early 2000s. The cliff to Vanishing Journey was destroyed by one of the three pebbles. Now that was a one shot. These days I play MapleStory M, but there's no controller support.

Didn’t play for like a month account got locked or w/e logged in website got unlocked try the app again and no characters in game 1-3k gone can’t even ask for a refund as I’ve been playing for years

Great game, instant fun

Maplestory was a great game, but coming from PC to Mobile is a gross change. Initially I was fine with the grinding, but after losing a billion GP over 2 belts while free to play is disgusting. It took over a month straight to get my equipment to where it was, and now it feels like there is a serious pay to win barrier. Why is it that everything costs an arm and a leg after lvl 200? Why is there bundles in the shop for OVER $100USD? Why do I need 4 scrolls just to upgrade my stuff and still have it get destroyed? Why is there still bosses that unlocked at lvl 100 that I still stand no chance fighting after getting over level 200? Why is there 50 different types of in game currency that bars you from progressing if you don’t have it? Impossible crafting materials? Maplestory has your back to make it worse. It’s because i’m a free to play account, and this game is biased against that. Just logging in everyday I have to close out of at least 3 promotional popups for things I don’t even have unlocked or can use. Make this game ACTUALLY free to play friendly, and i’ll come back, but even on PC they aren’t digging in anyone’s pockets like this. Maybe I was wrong to think the mobile would be close to the PC version, but I guess you won’t really figure that out until you hit the block yourself as well.

It’s always such a shame when games IP ban for no reason. Find a better way to find cheaters instead of banning your potential customers… really sickening and makes me wonder if nexon is racist towards certain countries.

I don’t care about female mushrooms

A lot on the screen and some stuff should be bigger and some smaller and I feel the option for zooming in closer to your character should be an option and I would love for non idle controls to be bigger as well because they can be difficult to hit but other then that I’m loving it so far!
