    needs a days of week refresh… doesn’t work. the days of week and start day is not useable. could you PLEASE fix!?!? I really like the layout of the app just hard to keep track of progress with this glitch. Thanks

    Love this app very much even tho it’s men’s workout I still use it go get really ripped. I love that if u can’t complete it let’s u come back later in 30 minutes nothing left to improve great app
